Thailand Itinerary

Yay! Christmas and Thailand in the next two weeks.  Very excited!  The trip to Thailand is starting to feel a little bit more real but I still can help but think the whole thing is surreal.  I've never been on a vacation before and we have so much planned - and still so much we could be doing if we had the time.  I can't help if we will be overloaded with stuff to do... I guess I'll start finding out after a few days of being there. ^.^

Here is the list of stuff (I still think peeps are surprised how much I rattle off when they ask what we have planned).

January 1st: Drive to Prince George after Aaron is done work
January 2nd: Drive to Vancouver and spend a bit of time with people
January 3rd: (1:20pm) Fly to Thailand!!!!!! (20 hr flight including lay over in Shainghai)

January 5th:   (1:00am) arrival in Bangkok
                     (6:15am) fly to Chiang Mai arrival at 7:25am
                     (8:30am) Introduction to rock climbing
January 6th:   (8:30am) Zip line adventure
January 7th:                  Day of rest!!!!!!!!!
January 8th:   (8:30am) Introduction to vertical caving
January 9th:   (8:30am) Elephant Ride and Bamboo Raft Trip
January 10th: (1:00pm) fly to Phuket arrival at 3:05pm
January 11th: (8:30am) Day 1: Open Diving Course - down to 18m deep
January 12th: (8:30am) Day 2: Open Diving Course
January 13th: (8:30am) Day 3: Open Diving Course
January 14th: (3:25pm) fly to Bangkok arrival at 4:45pm
January 15th: (5:00am) Tiger Temple
January 16th: Tattoo appointment with Max Tattoo  I might get a dragon fighting a snow leopard in this kind of look.  Aaron is wanting a dragon on his left arm kinda like this. Both black and gray style.
                     (6:00pm) Night Bike Tour
January 17th:                Day of rest!!!! - maybe more tattoo stuff maybe getting suits made; who knows! and of course... lots of partying!!!
January 18th:                Day of rest!!!!
January 19th: (4:40pm) Depart Bangkok... :(!!!!!!
                                    We have a 15hr lay over in Shainghai so... we will be checking the city out during that time. :D
January 20th: (7:50am) Arrival in Vancouver and the start of our trek back home. :(

For accomodations we will be staying at:
Chiang Mai: Baan Pim
Phuket: Baan Laimai Beach Resort
Bangkok: Evergreen Place  (hope other peeps who have seen Old Boy get the same kick out of the name of the place that I do! XD)

New Blog

Hello everyone!

So I've decided to start up one of these blogs... don't expect it to be updated too often and when I do it will probably contain a lot of links to web comics.  I'm thinking I'll use this when in Thailand but I also have no idea how much access I will have to internet there.  I guess we shall see. :)
