Only a little lazy

Even though I haven't posted anything I haven't been that lazy for exercise.  April 14th I went on my treadmill twice, the second time I was sooo tired after though and I couldn't run for as long as I normally do on there...  I also found out that you can track your heart rate no problem with the watch.  I was hoping the calories would be calculated via heart rate but turns out, calories are calculated only by distance.  I need to find a happy medium where I can keep my heart rate up without getting retardedly tired that I have to take a break. 

April 15th I was lazy in the way of exercise...but my excuse is that after work (12 hour day) a bunch of us went out for food stuffs after which it was time for bed.  Yesterday I could have exercised after work but dinner was late and then basically time for bed.  Tonight though is our 24 hour brake so I hope to get some treadmill time in. :)

Even to the store

We could have drove... but we biked to the grocery store. XD however through the power of suggestion... we bought peanut butter & chocolate ice cream + cones... House was eating ice cream damn him. At least the ice cream cones where small. ;p



This program is cool! XD eventhough I have no idea what these 'zones' mean.... >.<

Exercise

So... I decided to start posting my daily exercise and keep track on how I'm doing.  I hope this will motivate me to continue on it...


Today I was feeling super active so I went for a dismal run at 10am and a bike ride at 2pm.  Here are the results:
