Exercise

So... I decided to start posting my daily exercise and keep track on how I'm doing.  I hope this will motivate me to continue on it...


Today I was feeling super active so I went for a dismal run at 10am and a bike ride at 2pm.  Here are the results:



Since starting:
Weight: 170.8 lbs Lost 0 lbs (I just started today XD)
Days: 0 (April 13th, 2011)
